Teachifyy is an educational platform and part of Claremont Education LLP providing learning programs, training materials, curriculum resources, and related services, primarily focused on early childhood education and educator development.

Teachifyy reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of its services at its discretion.

2. Eligibility and Access

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase.
• If you are accessing Teachifyy on behalf of a school, institution, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• Any use by minors must occur under the supervision and responsibility of a parent, guardian, or institution.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete.
• Teachifyy may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on Teachifyy, including but not limited to videos, text, curriculum frameworks, assessments, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Teachifyy a part of Claremont Education LLP or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any content
• Share or resell access to paid content
• Use Teachifyy materials outside the scope of permitted educational use

Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property laws.

5. Payments, Pricing, and Access

• Course fees, subscription terms, and access durations are displayed at the time of purchase.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
• Teachifyy may revise pricing, course offerings, or access models at any time without prior notice.

6. Certificates and Course Completion

• Certificates, where offered, are issued only upon fulfillment of course requirements.
• Teachifyy certificates represent educational participation and do not constitute government-recognized licenses or professional guarantees.
• Any misuse, alteration, or misrepresentation of certificates may result in account termination.

7. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Upload or share unlawful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with platform operations
• Use Teachifyy in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

Teachifyy reserves the right to take corrective action, including suspension or termination, without prior notice.

8. Educational Disclaimer

Teachifyy provides educational content for learning and training purposes only. We do not guarantee specific academic, professional, or financial outcomes. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure content accuracy, Teachifyy does not warrant completeness, uninterrupted access, or error-free materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teachifyy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform or services.

In no event shall Teachifyy’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the applicable service.

10. Third-Party Services

Teachifyy may integrate or link to third-party platforms or tools. Teachifyy is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

11. Suspension and Termination

Teachifyy may suspend or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, misuse of services, or legal requirements. Termination does not entitle users to refunds.

13. Amendments

Teachifyy a part of Claremont Education LLP may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bikaner, India.

16. Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion at any time by visiting https://www.teachifyy.com/delete-account, after which their account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted upon verification.
